On October 10, the play "Sugar Orange" will be performed at the Alanya Cultural Center

Zeze is one of the children from a very poor family. Despite being only 5 years old, he has a highly developed imagination and intelligence, and he is quite a mischievous child. This curious boy tries to explore everything around him and learns to read at an early age, becoming the teacher's favorite. In the new house they moved into, one of the trees in the garden, a sugar orange seedling, begins to talk to Zeze, and they become good friends. While Zeze continues his mischief, he also astonishes his teacher and those around him with his academic success. One day, as a result of one of his pranks, Zeze loses a leg, and a Portuguese man, who owns the most beautiful car in the city, takes him to the pharmacy. Zeze learns a lot from the Portuguese man, and soon they become friends. Through this friendship, Zeze understands what love is and leaves his old mischief behind.
