Our debt to Alanya does not end with paymen

Former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Antalya MP Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu visited the Corendon Alanyaspor Club and met with the board of directors.

The visit, which took place at the Cengiz Aydoğan Facilities of Corendon Alanyaspor, was attended by Alanya Governor Dr. Fatih Ürkmezer and AK Party District Chairman Mehmet Şarani Tavlı. Meeting with Chairman Çavuşoğlu and the board, MP Çavuşoğlu mentioned that Corendon Alanyaspor did not achieve the desired results in the first five weeks of the league, but he believes that the team has a good squad and will achieve positive results in the remaining matches. He expressed that he has many debts and responsibilities towards his hometown of Alanya: "Our debt to Alanya does not end with payment. That’s why we do our job with love. I have supported the club not only because my brother Hasan Çavuşoğlu is the president, but also in previous years, during the terms of other presidents, we always provided our support. Fourteen years ago, Alanyaspor was on the verge of collapse, and the distance it has covered is truly appreciated throughout Turkey. Alanyaspor has now become a club that is frequently mentioned. This is an achievement. Thanks to your selfless work, Alanyaspor has achieved this great success. We stand by our Alanyaspor in both good times and bad," he stated.

COORDINATOR ÇAVUŞOĞLU PRESENTED A PROJECT

At the end of the visit, President Hasan Çavuşoğlu and Head Coach Fatih Tekke presented Antalya MP Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu with a numbered 7 Alanyaspor jersey with his name on it in appreciation for his contributions to the club.
