Another gold medal from Alanyaspor's Doruk Erolçevik

Doruk Erolçevik, the 'World Champion' athlete from Corendon Alanyaspor Fencing Team, added another success to his international achievements.

Doruk Erolçevik, an athlete from Corendon Alanyaspor Fencing Team, who has achieved numerous successes both domestically and internationally, once again made us proud in Europe. He won the gold medal at the U17 Epe Circuit Tournament held in Denmark. In April of last year, at the Fencing World Championship for Youth and Juniors in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Erolçevik won a gold medal in the U17 men’s epee category, earning the title of 'World Champion'. In the final of the U17 Epe Circuit Tournament in Copenhagen, Denmark, he defeated his French opponent, Thomas Gauliard, with a score of 15-13, clinching the championship. By once again raising the Turkish flag and playing the Independence March to the world, Doruk Erolçevik has become a source of pride for his family, coaches, teammates, and his club.
