A New Year's gift from the barrier-free kitchen

The "Barrier-Free Kitchen Workshop" held at the Alanya Municipality’s "Engelsiz Park and Life Center" hosted a meaningful event. Special individuals gifted the cookies they made with their own hands to Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik and the Vice Mayors.

A meaningful event was organized at the "Barrier-Free Kitchen Workshop" at the Alanya Municipality’s Engelsiz Park and Life Center. In the workshop, special individuals baked New Year’s cookies and offered them to Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik, the Vice Mayors, and the Mayor's Advisors. Expressing his satisfaction with the visit and the gift, Mayor Özçelik said, "We have quickly taken action to fulfill our promises to people with disabilities and their families in 2024. In 2025, we will continue to work with all our strength for a 'Barrier-Free Alanya' that is livable for everyone. With the health, sports, culture, and art projects we will implement in the first six months of the new year, we will continue to touch the lives of both individuals with disabilities and their families. I want all our citizens to know that you are not alone on this path filled with obstacles; we are by your side." All the Vice Mayors and Mayor's Advisors who participated in the cookie-making at the workshop stated that they will continue working in their respective fields without interruption to create a "Barrier-Free Alanya" in 2025. The visit ended with souvenir photos.
