ALKÜ Rector Türkdoğan invests in agriculture in Alanya

The Rector of ALKÜ, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kenan Türkdoğan, invested in agriculture by purchasing 24 acres of avocado land in the Imamlı district of Alanya and announced that he plans to live in Alanya with his family.

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kenan Türkdoğan, the Rector of Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKÜ), made a significant agricultural investment in Alanya after starting his position in August 2023. Türkdoğan stepped into agricultural activities by purchasing 24 acres of avocado land in Alanya’s Imamlı district.

"Together with my family, we have become Alanyans" Coming from a family of hazelnut producers from the Black Sea region, Türkdoğan decided to move his family to Alanya and settle there. He stated that agricultural activities would be carried out by his family and expressed his attachment to the region, saying, "Together with my family, we have become Alanyans".
