Toyota donates second car to ALKÜ University
Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey Inc. has donated two vehicles to Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKÜ) for the second time to be used in training purposes.
Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKÜ) is increasing practical education opportunities for its students. A few months ago, as part of its support for vocational and technical training, Toyota Automotive Industry Turkey Inc. made a donation of two vehicles to the Civil Defense and Firefighting Program at ALKÜ Akseki Vocational School. Now, another donation has been made — two vehicles for use by the students in the Civil Defense and Firefighting Program, specifically for fire drill exercises.
The vehicles were received by the Director of Akseki Vocational School, Lecturer Recep Baltacı. He expressed his gratitude, saying, "We received two donated vehicles from the Toyota factory in Sakarya. First of all, I would like to thank our Rector Prof. Dr. Kenan Ahmet Türkdoğan, our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akın, our General Secretary Onur Ocakdan, our Administrative Financial Department Head Ahmet Yüce, and the company manager Kamil Ölmez for their efforts."
