Governor Şahin signed a protocol with MÜSİAD Alanya
As part of his visit to Alanya, Antalya Governor Hulusi Şahin conducted various inspections. After the visits, Governor Şahin attended a protocol signing ceremony at the Alanya District Governorship, where he signed the renovation and repair protocol for Yanıklar Elementary School, which will be built on behalf of the Alanya branch of MÜSİAD.
During his visit to Alanya, Governor Hulusi Şahin toured schools built with the support of philanthropists and met with students and teachers. After inspecting schools still under construction, Governor Şahin visited the Süleymaniye Mosque, one of Alanya’s iconic structures located within Alanya Castle, and received information from officials about the ongoing construction work for wet areas. Governor Şahin was accompanied by Alanya District Governor Dr. Fatih Ürkmezer, Provincial Director of National Education Salih Kaygusuz, and charitable citizens.
INSPECTIONS OF SCHOOLS UNDER CONSTRUCTION
First, Governor Şahin visited the Hüseyin Girenes Science High School, built by philanthropist Hüseyin Girenes, which has 16 classrooms and a capacity of 484 students. He toured the physics, chemistry, biology, music, and technology classrooms and spoke with students and teachers. Later, Governor Şahin visited the Emine-Ahmet Uysal Science and Technology Imam Hatip High School, which has 24 classrooms, a mosque, a carpet field, a sports hall, a dormitory for 120 girls, and a conference hall for 400 people, built by philanthropist Mevlüt Uysal. Şahin conducted inspections at the construction site. He continued his visits by inspecting the ongoing construction of the İrfan Bileydi Cybersecurity Vocational High School. After these inspections, Governor Şahin examined the construction work at the Müveddet Babaoğlu Middle School, which has 24 classrooms, and received information about the project from officials.
PROTOCOL SIGNED WITH PHILANTHROPIST MUSTAFA DURUSOY
After the inspections, Governor Şahin proceeded to the Süleymaniye Mosque in the historic Alanya Castle and received information from officials regarding the wet area construction. Following these visits, Governor Şahin attended the protocol signing ceremony at the Alanya District Governorship and signed a protocol for the renovation and repair of Yanıklar Elementary School, to be carried out by philanthropist Mustafa Durusoy on behalf of MÜSİAD Alanya branch. According to the signed protocol, the building of Yanıklar Elementary School, located in Türkler Neighborhood of Alanya, will be renovated and transformed into the "Yanıklar Special Education Practice School Levels 1-2-3 and Special Education Kindergarten" by philanthropist Mustafa Durusoy. It will include 17 classrooms, a cafeteria, a multipurpose hall, and administrative offices.
As part of his visit to Alanya, Governor Şahin lastly visited the Alanya Chamber of Agriculture and discussed the chamber’s activities and agricultural production in Alanya with Chamber President Tahir Göktepe and board members.
