Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik: "Unfortunately, one of the most painful and heartbreaking events that we have faced in our society recently is the infringement on the right to life of newborn babies, which deeply wounds our consciences. Every child's right to life is sacred and must be protected. One of our greatest responsibilities is to raise awareness in society and take the necessary measures to prevent such inhumane events from happening again.
