A warning has been issued regarding the chocolate craze in Dubai! Don't be fooled by the name—don't eat peas
As the Dubai chocolate craze grows, experts have issued critical warnings to consumers.
Recently trending on social media and attracting significant consumer interest, this product has prompted experts to issue clear warnings. They argue that the Dubai chocolate craze, with prices reaching up to 4,000 liras per kilogram, needs to be halted as it is also leading to a culture of luxury consumption among children.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NAME DUBAI—DON'T EAT CHOPPED PEAS
Aydın Ağaoğlu, President of the Consumer Confederation (TÜKONFED), stated that Dubai chocolate is sold out, saying, "Children are heavily influenced by these advertisements. It leads to consumption madness. When a product is this expensive and attracts attention, counterfeit and low-quality versions quickly enter the market. Moreover, it becomes harder to determine their quality. The times when chopped peas were put in baklava might come back into the spotlight. We warn consumers: don't be fooled by the name Dubai—don't eat chopped peas".
