Bankruptcy Application and Court Process

In 2023, both companies applied for bankruptcy to overcome their financial difficulties. They petitioned the court to initiate the bankruptcy process to arrange payments to creditors. However, the companies later withdrew their bankruptcy claims during the court process.

Ending the Bankruptcy Process

The court rejected the bankruptcy applications of both companies based on their withdrawal and ended the legal measures that had been preventing the payment of their debts. Additionally, the role of the bankruptcy trustee was terminated. This development allowed both companies to resume their commercial activities without legal hindrances.
