The President of the Alanya Chamber of Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors (ALSMO), Tevfik Atar, and the board members gathered with their colleagues at an iftar dinner organized as part of Accountants' Week, which is observed from March 1 to 7.

The event was attended by Alanya Deputy Mayor Nazmi Zavlak, Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO) Assembly President Mehmet Kural, Alanya Social Security Institution Director Yunus Çorum, Alanya Tax Office Director Burak Alp, Manavgat Chamber of Financial Advisors President Sabri Keskin and board members, Alanya Chamber of Craftsmen and Artisans President Nuri Demir, Alanya Minibus Drivers’ Chamber President Paşa Özkan, Alanya Electricians’ Chamber President İlyas Bayır, and Alanya Municipal Council Member Engin Alataş.

During his speech at the iftar, ALSMO President Tevfik Atar emphasized the crucial role of accountants in the country's economy and stated:

"Accounting is not just about dealing with numbers; it also contributes to the proper management of businesses and supports the development of the national economy. In Alanya, we continue to work in strong professional solidarity with our colleagues. On this occasion, I would like to congratulate all our colleagues on Accountants' Week and wish them success in their work."

Manavgat Chamber of Financial Advisors President Sabri Keskin also highlighted the importance of professional solidarity among accountants and emphasized the benefits of collaboration with colleagues in the region.

The attending officials also acknowledged the critical role of accountants in the economy and assured their support in addressing the challenges faced by the profession. Alanya Chamber of Craftsmen and Artisans President Nuri Demir, Minibus Drivers’ Chamber President Paşa Özkan, and Electricians’ Chamber President İlyas Bayır discussed the financial challenges faced by tradespeople and professional chambers.

The iftar dinner took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, reinforcing unity and solidarity among colleagues. Representatives from ALSMO and other professional chambers stated that they will continue working together to find solutions to the challenges faced by the business world and accountants.
