Renting a house in Alanya has become a dream: Buying a house? Forget it!

People who see rental listings on social media are now saying that renting a house has become impossible and are asking the government to find a solution.
Those who saw a listing in an Alanya-based rental group were left speechless. The listing stated, "Our house will be rented to a family with at least two working members. Rent is 25,000, deposit is 50,000, and advance payment is 75,000." It further added, "Even if you pay two years' rent in advance, the price will not change," which left many shocked.
"HOW CAN WE RENT A HOUSE WITH THE MINIMUM WAGE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS?"
Citizens expressed their frustration with both the 25,000 TL rent for a 2+1 house and the conditions, demanding that the government urgently address the issue and implement regulations. They said, "How can we rent a house with the minimum wage in this situation? How can we live like human beings?"
