In Alanya, 1319 wanted individuals were apprehended

The Alanya Governorship has released data regarding operations conducted between May 1st and July 25th, 2024, related to sought-after and apprehended individuals in Alanya.

In the police area, a total of 860 wanted individuals were apprehended, including 252 for imprisonment and 608 for questioning. In the gendarmerie area, 459 wanted individuals were apprehended during the specified period, including 151 for various crimes leading to imprisonment and 308 for questioning. In total, during May 1st to July 25th, 2024, 403 individuals sought for imprisonment and 916 individuals sought for questioning were apprehended and handed over to judicial authorities in both police and gendarmerie areas.

The statement from the Alanya Governorship stated, "A total of 1319 individuals sought for imprisonment and questioning were apprehended in Alanya during the mentioned dates. We will continue to work on a 24/7 basis to ensure the peace and security of Alanya."
