A lawyer was found in his office with a gunshot wound to the head

In Kayseri, lawyer Kazım Selim Somtaş (40) was found in his office with a gunshot wound to the head.
The incident occurred in the evening on the 1st floor of a 7-story building on Istasyon Street in the Gevher Nesibe neighborhood of the Kocasinan district. Citizens who heard gunshots from the lawyer's office reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Following the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address. Upon arrival, police found lawyer Kazım Selim Somtaş with a gunshot wound to the head. Medical teams confirmed that Somtaş had died. His body was taken to the Kayseri State Hospital morgue for an autopsy, and an investigation into the incident was initiated.
