Buying meat in Alanya will become a dream! The price increased by 100 liras all at once

Meat prices have risen sharply in Alanya. The price of minced meat has reached 700 liras per kilogram.

Ahead of Ramadan, there was a significant increase in meat prices across Turkey. In Alanya, the price hike coincided with the start of the holy month. This sharp increase has pushed prices to record levels. Both butchers and citizens have expressed frustration over the rise.

Meat prices increased by 100 liras at once. Following the price hike, a kilogram of minced meat now costs 700–740 liras, while diced meat (kuşbaşı) is priced at 800–850 liras per kilogram. As a result, it will become even more difficult for people to afford meat on their tables during Ramadan.
