A horrific incident occurred on the road to Alanya: a bus caught fire

A fire broke out on a passenger bus traveling through the Seydişehir district of Konya. During the fire, passengers were quickly evacuated, and the flames were extinguished by the intervention of fire crews. The bus was completely rendered unusable.

The incident occurred at night near the Zirve Rest Area on the Konya-Alanya highway, when the bus driver noticed smoke rising from the vehicle. He immediately stopped the bus and evacuated the passengers, only to see moments later that the bus was engulfed in flames. Fire crews arrived quickly at the scene, but the bus was completely burned and became unusable. There were no casualties or injuries, and the exact cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

Thanks to the swift intervention of firefighters and other teams, traffic returned to normal, and passengers were sent to Konya on another bus.
