Attention sausage lovers! The Ministry has revealed 6 more sausage brands

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has updated the list of "Imitation or Adulterated Foods," revealing 6 new sausage producers. The updated list includes companies that used offal and poultry meat in their sausages.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry continues to expose food companies that were found to have violated regulations during inspections across 81 provinces. The Ministry's website has been updated with the list of "Imitation or Adulterated Foods," and several sausage producers were added to the newly updated list.

POULTRY MEAT USED

It was found that companies producing sausages labeled as "beef sausage" were selling products containing poultry meat. The companies added to the list are as follows:

KISMETOĞLU BEYTİ ET VE ET ÜRÜNLERİ-BEYTULLAH YEŞİLÇAYIR — poultry meat was found in sausages under the HAYAL brand.

SELCAN ET VE ET ÜRÜNLERİ HAYVANCILIK GIDA SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ — poultry meat was found in sausages under the YİĞİT BEY brand.

AFYON SUCUKLARI KARADUT ŞERBETİ STANDI-MUSTAFA ŞEYHBALOĞLU — poultry meat was found in sausages.

YÖRÜKOĞLU PEYNİR DÜNYASI-MUZAFFER KOCA — poultry meat was found in sausages under the YÖRÜKOĞLU PEYNİR DÜNYASI brand.

SALİH SUCUKLARI ET VE ET ÜRÜNLERİ GIDA HAYVANCILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ — mechanically separated poultry meat was found in sausages under the SALİH ET ÜRÜNLERİ brand.

ERTÜRK ET VE ET ÜRÜNLERİ GIDA VE GIDA KATKI MADDELERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ — mechanically separated poultry meat was found in sausages under the BAŞOĞUL brand.
