The hotel land in Konaklı has been opened for public use

In the Konaklı neighborhood of Alanya, a 10-acre public land that had been used by a hotel for many years has been opened for public use thanks to the efforts of the Alanya Municipality. Illegal structures on the land were demolished, and the football field and park area have been opened as social and sports spaces.
The 10-acre land in Konaklı, previously used by a hotel, has been brought into public service for the people of Alanya as a result of initiatives led by Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik. Through discussions with local authorities, the land was transferred to the Alanya Municipality. After the transfer, illegal buildings on the land were demolished. The football field and park have been opened for public use. The 10-acre area, located in the hotel district, is planned to be transformed into a social living area with future projects. Mayor Advisor Nazmi Zavlak, Municipal Council Member Şahin Ararat, and Konaklı Neighborhood Head Kerim Şen inspected the area.

Municipal Council Member Şahin Ararat commented on the issue, saying: "We have opened the 10-acre unused land for the people of Alanya. We have also provided the football field for the public. May it be a benefit for our area and our citizens. I thank our mayor, Mr. Osman Tarık Özçelik, for his efforts." Konaklı Neighborhood Head Kerim Şen expressed gratitude on behalf of the local residents, stating: "This was public land. From today, it has been designated for the use of our citizens. The football field will be preserved, and it will also be transformed into a more beautiful project with various sports activities. I thank our municipality".
ZAVLAK: IT WILL BE TRANSFORMED INTO A SOCIAL LIVING AREA
Mayor Advisor Nazmi Zavlak added: "In our Konaklı neighborhood, there was previously no football field and park open for citizens' use. With the instructions of our Mayor Mr. Osman Tarık Özçelik, we worked to bring this area into public service. Illegal buildings were demolished. In the first phase, a football field and table tennis area were created. In the second phase, this area will be transformed into a social living space. It will be a place where our citizens can spend time with their families and breathe fresh air. I thank everyone who contributed to this effort."
