The pier has opened in Alanya! Everyone will rush there during the holiday

After 21 years, the Alanya Pier was opened to the public with the support of Alanya District Governor Dr. Fatih Ürkmezer and former Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, with necessary security measures in place.

The Alanya Pier has opened after 21 years. Alanya District Governor Dr. Fatih Ürkmezer, with the support of former Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, inspected the condition of the pier before the opening. The pier was reopened to the public following the efforts of Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik, in response to the nostalgic feelings and high demand from citizens. Governor Ürkmezer stated that after security measures are implemented, citizens will be able to freely walk along the pier.

Since the pier holds international port status, it will temporarily close during ship visits, with special arrangements made for these occasions. Ürkmezer mentioned that during holidays, weekends, and public holidays, citizens will be able to explore the beauty of the Alanya Port.
