The Antalya Metropolitan Municipality has launched a comprehensive spraying campaign to combat the increasing problem of flies and pests in Alanya.
The Antalya Metropolitan Municipality continues its uninterrupted efforts to fight flies and insects in Alanya. With 221 personnel, 85 teams, and 26 vehicles, spraying is being carried out targeting breeding areas in 102 neighborhoods of the district.
Particularly for combating the recently increasing housefly population, both chemical spraying and trapping methods are being used. The work has been completed in busy areas such as the city center, Damlataş, Museum, Municipality, and Red Tower (Kızılkule). Spraying activities will also continue in the town center and Friday Market (Cuma Pazarı).
