Tourism-zoned lands have been put up for sale in Alanya and 5 other provinces

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, through the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), has put 901 land plots in 44 provinces up for sale, providing a significant opportunity for tourism investors.

Among the plots listed for sale, with a total estimated value of 1 billion 684 million TL, are 21 tourism-zoned parcels located in Antalya, Aydın, Istanbul, Eskişehir, and Van.

Sale Details

Payment Terms: Options include 25% down payment with 48-month installments or 40% down payment with 36-month installments.

Tax Advantage: Exemption from VAT.

Interest Rates for Installments: Rates are determined based on the Producer Price Index (ÜFE).

Auction: The sales will take place via public auctions on November 27, 28, and 29, 2024, in Istanbul and Ankara.

Provinces Where Sales Have Started

For 25% down payment with 48-month installments, the maximum ÜFE rate for 6 months is 12.5%, and the annual ÜFE increase rate is capped at 25%. For 40% down payment with 36-month installments, the maximum ÜFE rate for 6 months is 7.5%, and the annual rate is capped at 15%.

In Alanya's Mahmutlar district, a 37,595 m² plot zoned for trade and tourism has a starting price of 864,694,000 TL.

Aydın

Altınkum district of Didim:
