A foreign national arrested in Alanya for producing counterfeit alcohol
Under the instructions of the Alanya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, teams from the Antalya Provincial Gendarmerie Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch and the Alanya District Gendarmerie Command conducted an operation. Materials used for the production of counterfeit alcohol were found in the house of the suspect, V.I.
During the search, 150 liters of wine, 500 liters of brandy, alcohol yeast, an alcohol meter, and plastic bottles were seized. The suspect, V.I., was detained and later arrested by court order, being sent to prison.
