The Alanya Municipality is conducting an intensive campaign against the pine caterpillar, using bacterial medicines that block the insects' food intake and cause no allergic reactions. The teams from the Parks and Gardens Department are using these natural treatments in their efforts to control the pests.

In addition, the Alanya Municipality is continuing its hot asphalt work. Important intersections, as well as locations such as the health center, school, and courthouse in Güllerpınarı Neighborhood, have been renovated with hot asphalt to improve accessibility.
