Students visiting Alanya were warmly hosted

In order to instill national and spiritual values in young people, the Youth Coordination Office of the Alanya Muftiate organizes various events throughout the district and continues to host students visiting Alanya.

This time, the Youth Coordination Office of the Alanya Muftiate hosted students from Akseki, who came to explore the historical, cultural, and religious sites of the city. Under the guidance of retired history teacher Yaşar Balık, the students had the opportunity to closely see and learn about Alanya Castle, Süleymaniye Mosque, the Red Tower, the Shipyard, Akşebe Sultan Mosque, Mecdüddin Cistern, Alaaddin Keykubat Palace, the Old Alanya Houses, Bedesten (Covered Bazaar), Arasta, and Damlataş Cave.

Sharing their thoughts on the trip, the students expressed that it was their first time participating in such a tour. They emphasized that the experience allowed them to see and appreciate the beauty of Alanya, as well as its religious, historical, and touristic landmarks, and they thanked everyone involved in organizing the trip.

Providing information about the event, the Youth Coordinator of the Alanya Muftiate, Turan Topçuoğlu, stated: "We hosted students from Akseki who visited our district under the supervision of Akseki District Sports Director Halil Cengiz and Akseki Muftiate Youth Coordinator İsmail Uzun. We made every effort to ensure they could closely explore our district’s historical, cultural, and religious sites and that they were welcomed in the best possible way. Various refreshments were offered to our guests who were tired and hungry. Additionally, we introduced them to the Alanya Youth Center. On this occasion, I would like to express my gratitude to our guide, retired history teacher Yaşar Balık, as well as our Branch Manager Mehmet Fatih Arslan for his support, Qur'an Course Instructor Saliha Demir, Alanya Youth Center leaders Fidan Çevik and Merve Yılmaz, and also Ali Özdemir, İbrahim Keyik, Mustafa Yıldız, and everyone who contributed to this event."
