Great interest in Alanya from the Baltic countries

The Vice Chairman of TÜRSAB Alanya Regional Representation Council (BTK), Kerim Yılmaz, stated that Alanya has attracted great interest in the Baltic countries, noting that sales for the summer season in these regions are going very well.
In his statement before the season, Yılmaz expressed positive expectations for 2025 and noted that tourism activity in the region continues to increase.
He emphasized that Alanya stands out not only for its sea, sun, and beaches but also for its historical and cultural heritage, adding:
"Alanya is one of the most unique tourism cities in the world. It stands out not only with its nature, beaches, and sun but also with its historical texture. We are talking about a city that served as the capital of the Seljuk Empire for many years during the reign of Sultan Alaaddin. Alanya consistently stands out at international tourism fairs and promotion centers. As TÜRSAB Alanya, we always support these promotional activities."
Yılmaz, noting that he has worked at all levels of TÜRSAB, also referred to his past work with the Alanya Promotion Foundation and emphasized that he continues to use his experience in the tourism sector to promote Alanya.
Great Interest from the Baltic Countries and Rising Sales
Referring to recent meetings with tour operators, Kerim Yılmaz noted that demand from the Baltic countries is increasing and sales are reaching better levels each day. Expressing hope for a successful 2025 tourism season, he made an appeal to all local businesses: "As a result of our meetings with tour operators, we see that demand for Alanya from the Baltic countries is on the rise. Sales continue to grow day by day. For this reason, I would like to make an important call to all Alanya business owners: support on-site promotion. The best promotion is to directly introduce Alanya to the guest at their location and provide quality service."
"Treat Guests Honestly and Politely"
Emphasizing that local businesses have significant responsibilities in further enhancing Alanya’s tourism potential, Yılmaz highlighted the importance of honest trade and quality service: "Let’s treat our guests politely and modestly. Avoid unfair sales and do not deceive people. Remember that trust and satisfaction are essential for sustainable tourism. I kindly ask our business owners to be more attentive and sensitive in this regard. Avoid actions that could damage the brand value of Alanya and promote our city in the best possible way."
Concluding his remarks, Yılmaz wished all tourism sector representatives and local businesses a prosperous and successful season, expressing hope that 2025 would be a productive year for Alanya’s tourism.
