The anniversary of the adoption of the "İstiklal Marşı" was commemorated in Alanya with events

In Alanya, various events were held to commemorate the 104th anniversary of the adoption of the İstiklal Marşı and the Memorial Day of Mehmet Akif Ersoy.

During the ceremony at Alanya Culture Center, awards were presented to winning students, and students from Hasan Çolak Anatolian High School performed a special show titled "A Star, A Crescent, Independence Forever".

Additionally, Mahmutlar Selçuklu Middle School organized a special program to introduce students to Mehmet Akif Ersoy's ideological legacy and the spirit of independence. As part of the event, 300 students deeply engaged with each verse of the İstiklal Marşı, internalizing its meaning through creative activities.
