In Alanya, the trial of suspects accused of transporting drugs in a VIP transfer vehicle became more complicated due to mutual accusations, leading to the postponement of the hearing.

A suspect transporting drugs in a VIP transfer vehicle was detained in Alanya. It was revealed that, under the pretense of traveling to Antalya to purchase parts, the suspect had actually set out to procure drugs. During a police operation, a significant amount of narcotics was seized from the vehicle.

The incident came to light following claims that E.Y., the driver of the VIP transfer vehicle, sold drugs to his friend A.K. Both suspects were arrested and brought to trial. During the hearing, the suspects blamed each other, while witness testimonies painted a contradictory picture.

The court postponed the hearing to 2025 to address the deficiencies in the case. The suspects remain in custody. This incident once again raised concerns about the use of VIP transfer vehicles for drug transportation.
