Road Collapsed in Alanya: 3 Vehicles Fell into a Pit
In Alanya’s Küçükhasbahçe Neighborhood, the road collapsed due to heavy rainfall. Two cars and one minibus fell into the pit, causing material damage to the vehicles.
The heavy rains that hit Alanya once again brought the infrastructure problems to the forefront. On 611th Street in the Küçükhasbahçe Neighborhood, where underground electrical work had been previously carried out, the road collapsed.

The vehicles sustained material damage, and local residents immediately reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Police teams who arrived at the scene took security measures and closed the road to one-way traffic.
“We heard a noise while we were at home” One of the witnesses, minibus driver Cem Şahinli, shared the following: “We were sitting down for dinner when we heard a noise. When we went out to the balcony, we saw the road had collapsed, and our cars had fallen into the pit. We face this situation all the time. We are waiting for a solution from the authorities.”
The vehicles were rescued, and the road was opened for traffic The Alanya Municipality Disaster Affairs Directorate and Alanya District Police teams rescued the vehicles with the help of a tow truck. After a long effort, the road, which was closed to one-way traffic, was reopened for movement.
