The construction sector in Alanya has entered a rapid recovery phase following economic and political challenges.
Mustafa Küçüker, the President of MÜTBİR, stated that they have positive expectations for 2025 and mentioned that the projects being implemented in the district will accelerate the real estate sector. Küçüker pointed out that major investments such as the Alanya-Antalya Highway and the Antalya Airport expansion projects will contribute to the region's trade and revitalize the sector. Additionally, with the decrease in interest rates, real estate investments are expected to accelerate.
