2025 in Alanya: Women collecting clothes from trash containers

In the Mahmutlar district of Alanya, an incident captured by citizens on camera left many in disbelief.
In Mahmutlar, Alanya, a scene was recorded where unused clothes and household items were left next to a waste container, showing the unfortunate reality that in 2025, Alanya has become uninhabitable for some.
Upon seeing the discarded items, several women approached the container and began selecting clothes that were suitable for them.
These images were interpreted as a sign of poverty in Alanya and highlighted the need for the government and the municipality to provide more support for those in need.
