TOKİ is starting sales in Alanya: tender date announced

TOKİ will hold a tender on April 16 for the sale of 552 land plots in 44 provinces, including Alanya.
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change’s Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) will auction off 552 various land plots in 44 provinces, including Alanya. The tender for the sale of these plots will take place on April 16 at 10:30 AM.
Buyers will have two financing options: a 25% down payment with a 48-month installment plan or a 40% down payment with a 36-month installment plan. A 15% discount will be applied for full upfront payments.
