Strong wind warning issued for Alanya

The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued a warning for today and tomorrow, indicating that many regions of the country will experience heavy rainfall, with strong winds expected especially in Alanya coming from the Mediterranean.

Localized showers and thunderstorms are expected in the northern and inland regions of the country, as well as in the central and eastern parts of the Mediterranean today and tomorrow. In particular, strong rains are forecasted for the Black Sea coast in the Central and Eastern regions, as well as in the Ardahan area, and in Sinop during the early morning hours. Very heavy rains are anticipated in the Artvin and Rize regions. Along with the rainfall, a noticeable drop in temperatures is expected.
