Hotel fraud allegation in Alanya: Family left on the street in the middle of the night

In an incident that occurred in Alanya, a woman claimed she was scammed by a hotel where she had booked a room, sharing a video to support her allegation.

According to her, the family, who came to Alanya on vacation with a caravan, faced a breakdown and left the vehicle at a service center to look for a hotel.

They booked a room in a hotel located in Avsallar through one of Turkey’s largest online hotel booking websites, paying in advance. However, upon arrival, the family found the hotel doors closed.

The woman, who had paid in advance for the room, said the hotel was closed and, frustrated, posted a video.
