Excitement at the First Lesson of Alanya Municipality Children's Choir

A children's choir has been formed from students attending rhythm and music courses organized by Alanya Municipality. The first lesson of the choir, consisting of volunteer students, was visited by Alanya Deputy Mayor Murat Levent Koçak. He said: "We will have the opportunity to see our children's choir on stage on April 23, National Sovereignty and Children's Day."

The Alanya Municipality Parent & Child Workshop and Children's Library, which began its activities at the Hacı Karanfil Mansion, continues to welcome hundreds of students daily. Children not only read books and study in the centrally located library, but they also participate in various activities.

THE CHOIR CONSISTS OF 33 STUDENTS

Under the leadership of Music Teacher Demet Terzioğlu, a rhythm workshop is held at the Alanya Municipality Parent & Child Workshop and Children's Library. A children's choir was formed with the voluntary students attending the workshop. The choir, consisting of 33 students, has already started its lessons. In the first class, the students got to know each other and received information about the choir's upcoming activities.

KOÇAK: THE CHOIR WILL PERFORM ON APRIL 23

The first lesson of the children's choir was visited by Deputy Mayor Murat Levent Koçak, Mayor's Advisor Sadık Dizdaroğlu, and the Director of the Alanya Municipality Theater, Hüseyin Çinal. After chatting with the children and wishing them success, Deputy Mayor Koçak said: "We are at the new center of our Children's Library, Hacı Karanfil Mansion. Here, children can borrow books, come with their parents, and read books. In addition, we regularly hold workshops in schools. Our students come here and participate in workshops on rhythm, painting, and other topics. One of our new activities is the children's choir. We had been conducting rhythm workshops under the guidance of our teacher Demet Terzioğlu. We formed the children's choir from the students who volunteered, and today they started their work. We will see our choir on stage on April 23, National Sovereignty and Children's Day. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this project."
